Todd, a Seattle native, is a graduate of the prestigious Oberlin College Conservatory of Music. He has studied with some of the best cellists to have lived and performed in the Seattle area, including Cathy Johnson and Cordelia Wikarski-Miedel . He has also studied songwriting with hit country music songwriter Hugh Prestwood.
Todd also teaches theory classes for the Pacific Northwest Film Scoring Program, which was started and is led by Emmy-award winning composer and Seattle native Hummie Mann.
